HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 3

Article 1 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European In Article 6 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 685/69 : Communities. (a) the amount ' 13 units of account' under (a) is hereby replaced by ' 14-50 units of account'; It shall apply with effect from 1 April 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
