COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 798 / 76 of 6 April 1976 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 567/76 laying down general rules governing the distillation of table wines for which the distillation contract must be approved before 15 April 1976

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community, Paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No No 567/76 are replaced by the following : 816/70 of 28 April 1970 laying down , additional provi­ sions for the common organization of the market in '3.
