COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 908/76 of 21 April 1976 fixing the compensatory amounts for eggs

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas in the sector of eggs the calculation of the COMMUNITIES, compensatory amounts for trade with Denmark results in minimal amounts ; whereas there is therefore no Having regard to the Treaty of Accession (•), need to fix a compensatory amount applicable to that Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No country, 2776/75 of 29 October 1975 laying down general rules for the system of accession compensatory amounts for eggs (2), and in particular Article 9 (3) HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : thereof, Article 1 Whereas the compensatory amounts for egg products were fixed by Council Regulation (EEC) No 2776/75 The amounts provided for in Article 4 of Regulation and Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1 882/75 (3); whereas, however, the compensatory amounts are (EEC) No 2776/75 as compensatory amounts for eggs, ovalbumin and lactalbumin for the period May, June determined in accordance with Article 4 of Regulation and July 1976 are fixed in the Annex hereto. (EEC) No 2776/75 where the situation envisaged in Article 7 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2757/75 of 29 October 1975 laying down general rules for the Article 2 system of accession compensatory amounts for cereals (4), arises ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
