COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 909/76 of 21 April 1976 fixing the compensatory amounts for poultrymeat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas in the sector of poultrymeat the calculation COMMUNITIES, of the compensatory amounts for trade with Denmark results in minimal amounts ; whereas there is there­ Having regard to the Treaty of Accession ( l), fore no need to fix a compensatory amount applicable Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No to that country, 2781 /75 of 29 October 1975 laying down general rules for the system of accession compensatory amounts for poultrymeat (2), and in particular Article 8 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : (3) thereof, Article 1 Whereas the compensatory amounts for poultrymeat products were fixed by Council Regulation (EEC) No The amounts provided for in Article 3 of Regulation 2781 /75 and Commission Regulation (EEC) No (EEC) No 2781 /75 as compensatory amounts for poul­ 1 883/75 (3); whereas, however, the compensatory amounts are determined in accordance with Article 3 trymeat for the period May, June and July 1976 are fixed in the Annex hereto . of Regulation (EEC) No 2781 /75 where the situation envisaged in Article 7 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2757/75 of 29 October 1975 laying down general Article 2 rules for the system of accession compensatory amounts for cereals (4), arises ; This Regulation shall enter into -force on 1 May 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

N.B. : For products falling within heading No 02.03 or within subheading No 15.01 B or 16.02 B I of the Common Customs Tariff in respect of which the rate of duty has been bound within GATT, the compensatory amounts shall not exceed the amount resulting from that binding.
