Provided that in the case of products falling 2777/75 must be derived from the sluice-gate prices within heading No 02.03 and within subheading for slaughtered poultry on the basis of the coefficients 15.01 B or 16.02 B I of the Common Customs Tariff fixed for these products in accordance with Article 5 in respect of which the rate of duty has been bound (3) of that Regulation ; within GATT, the levy shall not exceed the amount resulting from that binding. Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Article 2 are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage ment Committee for Poultrymeat and Eggs, This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1976.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
