COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 962/16 of 27 April 1976 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on carbonates of sodium anhydrite, falling within subheading 28.42 A ex II, originating in Romania to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3010/75 of 17 November 1975 apply
