COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 964/76 of 27 April 1976 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on other goat and kidskin leather, other, falling within subheading 41.04 B II, originating in developing countries to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3010/75 of 17 November 1975 apply
