COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 966/76 of 27 April 1976 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on other cotton yarn, not put up for retail sale, falling within subheading 55.05 B I, originating in developing countries to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regu lation (EEC) No 3002/75 of 17 November 1975 apply
