COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 967/76 of 27 April 1976 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on under garments, knitted or crocheted, not elastic or rubberized, of cotton, falling within subheading 60.04 A, originating in developing countries to which the preferential tariff arrange­ ments set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3002/75 of 17 November 1975 apply

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
