COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 970/76 of 27 April 1976 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on cycles, not motorized, falling within heading No 87.10, originating in Yugoslavia to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3010/75 of 17 November 1975 apply
