COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1023/76 of 30 April 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 948/76 introducing a countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Bulgaria or Greece

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN on Greek cucumbers must be abolished and the coun­ COMMUNITIES, tervailing charge on Bulgarian cucumbers must be amended, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables (1), as last Article 1 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 795/76 (2), and in Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 948/76 is replaced particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) by the following : thereof, 'A countervailing charge of 6-66 units of account Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 948/76 (3) introduced a per 100 kg net is applied to cucumbers countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in (subheading ex 07.01 P of the Common Customs Bulgaria and Greece, Tariff) originating in Bulgaria.' Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 laid down the conditions under which a charge is introduced, Article 2 amended or abolished ; whereas, if these conditions are taken into consideration the countervailing charge This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
