COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 1026/ 76 of 30 April 1976 amending Regulation ( EEC) No SI Ml6 following the fixing of a new exchange rate to be applied in Italy in agriculture

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the opinion of the manage­ ment committees concerned , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 557/76 of 15 March 1976 on the exchange rates to be applied in agriculture and repealing Regulation (EEC) Article 1 No 475/75 ('), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1020 /76 (2), and in particular Article 3 thereof, Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC) No 571 / 76 is amended as follows : Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 571 /76 of 15 March 1976 laying down detailed rules for the ' 1 .
