COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 1034/76 of 30 April 1976 on the supply of white sugar to UNRWA as food aid

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN shall be placed at the disposal of UNRWA as food COMMUNITIES, aid :

For the purposes referred to in Article 1 , the following HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : are eligible for Community financing :

— the value of the sugar delivered to the port of Article 1 unloading, — the costs of transport to the point of destination 1 . Article3

The Commission shall pay to UNRWA a lump sum This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day contribution in respect of the costs referred to in the following its publication in the Official Journal of second indent of Article 2 . the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
