suspending the application of indicative ceilings established by Regulations ( EEC) No 88 /76 , ( EEC) No 90 / 76 , ( EEC) No 91 /76 and ( EEC) No 92/ 76 for the imports of certain products originating in Finland, Norway, Portugal and Sweden
