COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1069/ 76 of 7 May 1976 abolishing the countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Bulgaria

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas, for this product originating in Bulgaria, COMMUNITIES , there were no prices for six consecutive working days ; whereas the conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Regulation ( EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled, Economic Community, and the countervailing charge on imports of these Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No products originating in Bulgaria can be abolished , 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 795 / 76 (2), and in Article 1 particular Article 27 ( 2) thereof, Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 948 / 76 of Regulation ( EEC) No 948 /76 is hereby repealed . 26 April 1976 ( 3 ), as amended by Regulation ( EEC) No Article 2 1 023 /76 (4), introduced other countervailing charges on cucumbers originating in Bulgaria ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 May 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
