amending Regulation ( EEC) No 817/70 laying down special provisions relating to quality wines produced in specified regions

Each of the enrichment, acidification and deacid ification methods referred to in Articles 7 Article 6 and 8 ( 1 ) shall be authorized only if carried out under the conditions laid down in Article 22 of Regulation ( EEC) No 816/70. ' This Regulation shall enter into force on the third Article 8 day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. Article 17 of Regulation ( EEC) No 817/70 is hereby repealed. This Regulation shall apply from 1 September 1976 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
