amending Regulation ( EEC ) No 865 / 68 on the common organization of the market in products processed from fruit and vegetables

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES ,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ pean Economic Community , and in particular Article 1 Article 43 thereof , Regulation ( EEC) No 865 /68 shall be amended as Having regard to the proposal from the Commission , follows : Having regard to the opinion of the European Parliament (*), 1 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
