COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 1165/ 76 of 17 May 1976 amending Regulation ( EEC ) No 950/68 on the Common Customs Tariff

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas , by Regulation ( EEC) No 1160/76 (3), COMMUNITIES , Annex IV to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 816/70 of 28 April 1970 laying down additional provisions Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ for the common organization of the market in pean Economic Community , and in particular wine (4) was amended as regards grape juice and Articles 28 and 113 thereof , grape must ; whereas the Annex to the Common Having regard to the proposal from the Commission , Customs Tariff should therefore be amended , Having regard to the opinion of the European Parlia­ ment (*), Having regard to the opinion of the Economic and Social Committee (2 ), HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article1¶

The following table shall be substituted for the one relating to heading No 20.07 of the Common Customs Tariff annexed to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 950/68 :

Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall apply from 1 September 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
