COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1176/ 76 of 19 May 1976 re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on electric accumulators , leadacid accumulators , falling within subheading 85.04 A , originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3010 / 75 of 17 November 1975 apply
