— on presentation of the document referred to in 3 of Regulation ( EEC) No 563 /76 shall be forwarded Article 6 of Regulation 'EEC) No 563/76, and before 20 June 1976. — in each of the cases referred to in Article 10 (a), (c), (d), (e) and (f) of Regulation ( EEC) No 677/76 . 2. For the period 1 to 30 April 1976, the informa­ tion relating to products referred to in Article 2 of the Article 3 said Regulation shall be forwarded before 20 June 1976 . With effect from 21 January 1977, the Member States shall inform the Commission , at the latest by the 20th day of each month in respect of the previous month , of the amount in national currency of securities forfeited . Article 5

Article 4 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day 1 . For the period 19 March to 30 April 1976, the following its publication in the Official Journal of information relating to products referred to in Article the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
