fixing the minimum price and the special minimum price for tomato concen­ trates for the 1976/77 marketing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN market in tomato concentrates by imports from third COMMUNITIES, countries at abnormally low prices ;

These prices shall include customs duties.

They shall be applicable from 1 July 1976 until 30 June 1977.

Article2¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
