COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1239/ 76 of 26 May 1976 fixing the import levies on milk and milk products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN to the Commission that the levies at present in force COMMUNITIES , should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regu­ lation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No HAS ADOPTED, THIS REGULATION : 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products ('), as last Article 1 amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 559 /76 (2), and in particular Article 14 (8 ) thereof, The levies referred to in Article 14 (2) of Regulation ( EEC) No 804/ 68 are hereby fixed as shown in the Whereas the import levies on milk and milk products Annex . were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No 580 /76 (3), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 106/76 (4) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules contained in Regulation ( EEC) No 580 /76 to the prices known This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
