COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1263/76 of 31 May 1976 fixing the import levies on rice and broken rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN to the offer prices and todays quotations known to COMMUNITIES, the Commission that the levies at present in force should be altered as shown in the table annexed to Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European this Regulation, Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation No 359/ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 67/EEC of 25 July 1967 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in rice ('), as last amended by Regu­ Article 1 lation (EEC) No 668/75 (2), and in particular Article 11 (5) thereof, ' The import levies to be charged on the products listed in Article 1 ( 1 ) (a) and (b) of Regulation No 359/ Whereas the import levies on rice and broken rice 67/EEC are hereby fixed as shown in the table were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 980/76 (3) and annexed to this Regulation . subsequent amending Regulations ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 980/76 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
