COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 1291 /76 of 1 June 1976 temporarily and totally suspending the customs duties applicable in the Commu nity as originally constituted on a number of chemical products imported from the new Member States
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN in the Community as originally constituted on such COMMUNITIES, products imported from the new Member States should be totally suspended for the same period, Having regard to the Act of Accession, and in parti cular Article 33 (2) thereof, Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas, by Regulation (EEC) No 1 290/76 ('), the Council has partially suspended for the period from 1 Article 1 July 1976 to 30 June 1977 the autonomous duties in the Common Customs Tariff on a number of chem From 1 July 1976 to 30 June 1977 the customs duties ical products ; applicable in the Community as originally constituted Whereas, in order to maintain the Community prefer on the following products imported from the new ence for these products, the customs duties applicable Member States shall be totally suspended :

Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1976.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
