COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 1297 / 76 of 1 June 1976 derogating from Regulation (EEC) No 2750/75 in respect of the procedures for mobilizing food aid in the form of cereals to be allocated to the International Committee of the Red Cross for distribution to the Timor refugees
