COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1333 / 76 of 9 June 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1896/73 on detailed rules for the application of intervention measures on the market in beef and veal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/ 68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 568 /76 (2), and in particular The following paragraph 2a is hereby added to Article Article 6 (5) thereof, 3 of Regulation ( EEC) No 1896/73 : ' 2a .
