relating to use of the tendering procedure for fixing levies on olive oil

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Article 2 of Regulations (EEC) No 601 /76 and (EEC) COMMUNITIES , No 602/76 are fulfilled , the levies in question should without delay be fixed by tendering procedure , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 601 /76 of 15 March 1976 laying down special Article 1 measures in particular for the determination of the offers of olive oil on the world market (*), The levies on imports from non-member countries and from Greece of the products listed in the Annex Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No shall be determined by tendering procedure. 602/76 of 15 March 1976 laying down special measures in particular for the determination of the offers of olive oil on the Greek market (2 ), Article 2
