THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN No 992/76 to the information at present available to < COMMUNITIES , the Commission that the export refunds at present in i force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this i Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Regulation , ( Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by A rticle 1 i Regulation ( EEC) No 11 43/ 76 (2), and in particular the The refunds on the products listed in Article 1 (a), (b) i second sentence of the fourth subparagraph of Article and (c) of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75, exported in 16 (2) thereof, the natural state , as fixed in the Annex to amended Whereas the export refunds on cereals and on wheat Regulation ( EEC) No 992/76 , are hereby altered as or rye flour groats and meal were fixed by Regulation shown in the Annex to this Regulation . ( EEC) No 992/ 76 (3), as amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 132/76 (4 ) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 June and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
