COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1368 / 76 of 15 June 1976 amending the export refunds on beef and veal

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : ( EEC) No 1230/76, are hereby altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation . Article 1 Article 2 The refunds referred to in Article 18 of Regulation This Regulation shall enter into force on 21 June ( EEC) No 805/68 , as fixed in the Annex to Regulation 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

N.B. : Whereas Article 7 of Regulation (EEC ) No 885 /68 provides that no export refunds shall be granted on products imported from third countries and re-exported to third countries.
