COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1407/76 of 18 June 1976 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2107 /74 laying down protective measures appli­ cable to imports of preserved mushrooms

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN ' introduit in French , COMMUNITIES , ' introdotto in Italian , 'binnengebracht' in Dutch, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European 'bragt ind in Danish Economic Community, are hereby replaced respectively by : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 865/ 68 of 28 June 1968 on the common organization ' importé in French , of the market in products processed from fruit and ' importato in Italian , vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) 'ingevoerd in Dutch, No 11 64/ 76 (2 ), 'importeret in Danish . Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1927/75 of 22 July 1975 concerning the system of Article 3 trade with third countries in the market in products processed from fruit and vegetables (3), and in parti­ cular Article 7 thereof, In Article 5 of the said Regulation the words :

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2107/74 'introduces' and 'introduction ' in French, of 8 August 1974 (4), as last amended by Regulation 'introdotte' and 'introdotti ' in Italian , (EEC) No 2501 /75 (5), laid down protective measures 'binnengebracht' and 'binnen gebrachte' in Dutch, applicable to imports of preserved mushrooms ; 'bragt ind' and 'indbragte' in Danish whereas it contains discrepancies between the texts of certain Articles in the different languages ; whereas are hereby replaced respectively by : the Regulation should therefore be amended, 'importées' and 'importation' in French, 'importate and 'importati in Italian, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 'ingevoerd and 'ingevoerde in Dutch, 'importeret and 'importerede in Danish .

Article 1 Article 4 In Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) No 2107/74 the words : In Article 10 of the said Regulation the words : ' introduite in French , 'introduces', ' introduire' and 'introduction ' in French, ' introdotto' and ' introdotta in Italian , ' introdotte', 'introdurre' and ' introduzione' in Italian , 'binnengebracht' in Dutch, 'binnengebracht', 'binnenbrengen' and 'binnen te 'bragt ind in Danish brengen' in Dutch, 'bragt ind and 'bringe ind in Danish are hereby replaced respectively by : 'importée in French, are hereby replaced respectively by : 'importato' and 'importata , in Italian, 'ingevoerd in Dutch , 'importées , 'importer' and 'importation' in French, 'importeret in Danish . 'importato', 'importare' and 'importazione' in Italian, 'ingevoerd', 'invoeren' and 'in te voeren' in Dutch, 'importeret' and 'importere' in Danish . Article 2

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
