COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 1429/76

of 21 June 1976 determining for the 1975/76 marketing year the threshold prices for husked rice and broken rice and the protective amount to be included in the threshold price for wholly milled rice

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, This Regulation shall apply during the 1975/76 rice f marketing year. Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1418/ 76 of 21 June 1976 on the common organization of the market in rice (*), and in particular Articles 14 (4) Article 2 and 15 (3 ) thereof, The threshold price for round grain husked rice shall be 257-2 units of account per metric ton. Having regard to the proposal from the Commission,
