COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1448 /76 of 22 June 1976 temporarily suspending the invitations to tender under Regulation ( EEC) No 79/75 on the sale of boned beef held by the intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN seasonal trend of market prices for such meat, the sale COMMUNITIES , thereof should be temporarily suspended ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/ 68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Regulation (EEC) No 568 /76 (2), and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof, Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 79 /75 of The invitations to tender provided for in Article 1 of 14 January 1 975 (3), as last amended by Regulation Regulation ( EEC) No 79/75 shall be suspended during (EEC) No 454/76 (4), provides for the sale, by periodic July and August 1976 . tendering procedure , of boned beef held by the inter­ vention agencies ; Article 2 Whereas, in view of the movement of the stocks of boned beef held by the intervention agencies and the This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
