COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1460/ 76 of 23 June 1976 correcting Regulation ( EEC) No 1411 /76 on the sale at prices fixed in advance of certain boned beef held by intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas it is therefore necessary to amend Regulation COMMUNITIES, ( EEC) No 1411 / 76,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No Article 1 805/ 68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by In Annex I, part 2 of Regulation ( EEC) No 1411 /76 Regulation ( EEC) No 568 /76 (2), and in particular the amount '3 550' is replaced by '3 350' for the Article 7 (3) thereof, 'Roastbeef' of 'Jungbullen'.
