Whereas Regulation No 669 / 67/ EEC (5 ), as amended HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : by Regulation ( EEC) No 1057 / 68 (6), lays down the maximum percentage of broken rice allowed in rice for which an export refund is fixed and specifies the Article 1 percentage by which that refund is to be reduced where the proportion of broken rice in the rice exported exceeds that maximum ; The refunds on the products listed in Article 1 of Regulation No 359 / 67/ EEC with the exception of Whereas Article 3 of Regulation No 366/67/ EEC those listed in paragraph 1 (c) of that Article, exported defines the specific criteria to be taken into account in the natural state , are hereby fixed as shown in the when the export refund on rice and broken rice is Annex to this Regulation . being calculated ;
