COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 1531 /76 of 22 June 1976 setting up a temporary system of aids to private storage of certain protein products

The detailed rules of application for this Regulation HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : shall be laid down according to the procedure provided for in Article 38 of Regulation No 136/ Article I 66/ EEC or in Article 12 of Regulation (EEC) No 1067/ 74 . 1 . During the period 1 July to 31 October 1976, a system of aids to private storage shall be established for : Article 4 (') OJ No C 100, 3 . 5 . 1976, p . 11 . ( 2) OJ No L 67, 15. 3 . 1976, p. 18 . This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1976.
