COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1549/ 76 of 29 June 1976 altering the export refunds for certain milk products
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products ('), as last 1 . The refunds referred to in Article 17 of Regula amended by Regulation (EEC) No 559/76 (2), and in tion (EEC) No 804/68 on products exported in the particular Article 17 (4) thereof, natural state, as fixed in the Annex to Regulation Whereas the export refunds on milk and milk (EEC) No 1348 /76 are hereby altered, in respect of the products were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) products listed in the Annex to this Regulation , to the amounts shown therein . No 1 348/76 (3); 2. No refunds are fixed for exports to Zone E for Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other products falling within heading Nos 04.01 , 04.02, provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1348/76 04.03 and 23.07 of the Common Customs Tariff. to the information at present available to the Commis sion that the export refunds at present in force in Article 2 respect of the products listed in the Annex to this Regulation should be altered as shown in that Annex ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1976.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

(') 'Special compound feedingstuffs' are feedingstuffs containing skimmed-milk powder and either: (a) fish meal or fish oil and/or fish liver oil ; (b) active carbon and/or a mixture of Tartazine Yellow (E 102) and Patent Blue V (E 131) or Cochineal Red A (E 124) or Patent Blue V (E 131 ); (c) iron carbonate and/or iron sulphate copper sulphate .
