COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 1553/76 of 29 June 1976 extending the term of validity of Regulation (EEC) No 1267/69 laying down special provisions applicable to imports into the Community from Greece of goods coming under Regulation (EEC) No 1059/69

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN goods coming under Regulation (EEC) No 1059/69 ; COMMUNITIES, whereas these provisional arrangements are due to expire on 30 June 1976 ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the term of validity of Regulation (EEC) No 1267/69 should be extended, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1059/69 of 28 May 1969 laying down the trade arran­ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : gements applicable to certain goods resulting from the processing of agricultural products ('), as last amended Article 1 by Regulation (EEC) No 3058/75 (2), and in particular Article 12 thereof, In the second paragraph of Article 3 of Regulation Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, (EEC) No 1267/69, the date '30 June 1976' is hereby replaced by '30 June 1977'. Whereas the Council, by Regulation (EEC) No 1 267/69 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 1 630/75 (4), laid down the special provisions appli­ cable to imports into the Community from Greece of This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
