COUNCIL REGULATION (ECSC, EEC, Euratom) No 1592/76 of 29 June 1976 adjusting the weightings applied to the remuneration and pensions of officials and other servants of the European Communities

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN shall be 180-3 for persons entitled to a pension who COMMUNITIES, declare their homes to be in Ireland .

Article 3 Ireland, in both paragraphs of Article 1 , which is repealed with effect from 1 July 1975. The temporary fixed allowance provided for by Article 4a of Annex VII to the Staff Regulations shall be Article 3 (2) of Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No payable until 31 December 1976. 3191 /74 (!) is repealed with effect from 1 July 1976.

Article4¶
