COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1612/76 of 30 June 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1447/76 on the invitation to tender for the costs of delivery of skimmed-milk powder as food aid to UNRWA

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 1 . Article2¶

Article 1 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its 1 . In Article 1 , the text of the first paragraph is publication in the Official Journal of the European replaced by the following : Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
