COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1625 /76 of 5 July 1976 re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on heavy oils, falling within subheadings 27.10 C I c), C II c) and C III c) and d), originating in Romania, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3010 /75 of 17 November 1975 apply

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 340 000 metric tons, whereas, bearing in mind the COMMUNITIES, objectives of Regulation No 3010 /75 which provides that maximum amounts shall not be exceeded, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European customs duties should be re-established in respect of Economic Community, the products in question in relation to Romania,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3010/75 of 17 November 1975 establishing preferen­ tial tariffs in respect of certain products originating in HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : developing countries ('), and in particular Article 4 (2) thereof,
