COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1650/ 76 of 7 July 1976 altering the export refunds on white sugar and raw sugar exported in the natural state

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN No 1565/76 to the information at present available to COMMUNITIES , the Commission that the export refunds at present in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Regulation , Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 3330/74 of 19 December 1974 on the common organi­ zation of the market in sugar ('), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 1487/76 (2), and in particular the second sentence of the last subparagraph of Article 19 The refunds on the products listed in Article 1 ( 1 ) (a) (2) thereof, of Regulation (EEC) No 3330 /74, undenatured and exported in the natural state, as fixed in the Annex to Whereas the refunds on white sugar and raw sugar amended Regulation ( EEC) No 1565/76 are hereby exported in the natural state were fixed by Regulation altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation . (EEC) No 1 565/76 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1618 /76 (4 ) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 July 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
