COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1703/ 76 of 14 July 1976 amending the Annex to Regulation No 225/67/ EEC as regards the coefficients of equivalence for oil seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Oils and Fats , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/ EEC HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the markets in oils and Article 1 fats ('), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 707 / 73 (2 ), The Annex to Regulation No 225/67/ EEC is hereby Having regard to Council Regulation No 115/ 67/ EEC amended to read as follows : of 6 June 1967 laying down criteria for determining world market prices and fixing the frontier crossing Coefficient of equivalence point (3 ), and in particular Article 7 thereof,
