COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1712/76 of 15 July 1976 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 1643/76 on the exceptional intervention measures in the beef and veal sector to be taken in certain regions of the Community most affected by the drought

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal (•), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 568 /76 (2), and in particular Article 1 Article 6 (5) thereof, Article 1(1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1643/76 is Whereas Article 1 ( 1 ) of Commission Regulation replaced by the following : ( EEC) No 1643/76 of 7 July 1976 (3 ) provides that during the period 7 to 31 July 1976 the German inter­ ' 1 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
