COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1734/76 of 19 July 1976 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on broom and brush bodies and handles, of wood, falling within subheading 44.25 ex B, originating in developing countries, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regu lation ( EEC) No 3010/ 75 apply
