COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1737 /76 of 19 July 1976 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on tubes and pipes and blanks therefor, of copper, falling within heading No 74.07 , originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3010/75 of 17 November 1975 apply
