COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1805 / 76 of 26 July 1976 altering the export refunds on white sugar and raw sugar exported in the natural state

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the Commission that the export refunds at present in COMMUNITIES, force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3330/74 of 19 December 1974 on the common organi­ Article 1 zation of the market in sugar ( ! ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1487/76 (2), and in particular the The refunds on the products listed in Article 1 ( 1 ) (a) second sentence of the last subparagraph of Article 19 of Regulation (EEC) No 3330/74, undenatured and (2) thereof, exported in the natural state , as fixed in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1697/76 are hereby altered as Whereas the refunds on white sugar and raw sugar exported in the natural state were fixed by Regulation shown in the Annex to this Regulation . (EEC) No 1697/76 (3); Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 27 July No 1697/76 to the information at present available to 1976 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
