COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1817 / 76 of 27 July 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1693 /76 introducing a countervailing charge on peaches originating in Greece

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN charge introduced, in application of Article 25 of that COMMUNITIES, Regulation is amended ; whereas, if these conditions are taken into consideration the countervailing charge Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European on the import of peaches originating in Greece must Economic Community, be amended , Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 795/76 (2), and in Article 1 particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) The amount of 3-56 units of account appearing in thereof, Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 1693/76 is replaced Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 1 693/76 (3), introduced by the amount of 6-28 units of account. a countervailing charge on peaches originating in Greece ; Article 2

Whereas Article 26 ( 1 ), of Regulation ( EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 28 July 1035/ 72 laid down the conditions under which a 1976 .
