COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1821 / 76 of 27 July 1976 fixing the import levies on white sugar and raw sugar
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN sion that the levies at present in force should be COMMUNITIES , altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3330 /74 of 19 December 1974 on the common organ Article 1 ization of the market in sugar ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 487/76 (2), and in particular The levies referred to in Article 15 ( 1 ) of Regulation Article 15 (7) thereof, ( EEC) No 3330/74 are, in respect of white sugar and standard quality raw sugar, hereby fixed as shown in Whereas the import levies on white sugar and raw the Annex to this Regulation . sugar were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 564/76 (3), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 803/76 (4) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation ( EEC) No 1564/76 This Regulation shall enter into force on 28 July to the information at present available to the Commis 1976 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
