COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1832/76 of 28 July 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1492/71 fixing the procedures and conditions for the taking over of cereals by intervention agencies

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 2

Article 1 Article 3 (5) of Regulation (EEC) No 1492/71 is hereby deleted . There is hereby added to Regulation (EEC) No 1492/71 the following Article 2a :

Article 4 requirements as laid down in Regulation (EEC) No 1831 /76, the offer may be withdrawn. This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of The Member States shall without delay inform the the European Communities. Commission of the number of offers and the quan­ tity they represent which are withdrawn.' It shall be applicable with effect from 1 August 1976.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
