COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1852/76 of 27 July 1976 adjusting the apportionment of Community quantitative export quotas for certain copper ash and residues and for copper waste and scrap

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3342/75 of 18 December 1975 fixing Community HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : quantitative export quotas for certain types of copper ash and residues and for certain types of copper, alumi Article 1 nium and lead waste and scrap (2), and in particular Article 2 thereof, The quota share for copper ash and residues falling within heading No ex 26.03 of the Common Customs Whereas, for copper ash and residues thereof falling Tariff allocated to the Federal Republic of Germany within heading No ex 26.03 of the Common Customs by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 229/76 is Tariff and for copper waste and scrap thereof falling hereby increased from 6 900 to 7 1 00 metric tons by within heading No ex 74.01 (other) of the Common drawing on the Community reserve provided for in Customs Tariff, Council Regulation (EEC) No that Regulation . 3342/75 fixed 1976 Community quantitative export quotas at 16 100 and 17 665 metric tons respectively, Article 2 which quotas were apportioned by Commission Regu lation (EEC) No 229/76 of 2 February 1976 (3) ; The quota-share for copper waste and scrap falling within heading No ex 74.01 (other) of the Common Whereas Germany has expressed a need to increase Customs Tariff allocated to the Benelux countries by exports of copper ash and residues falling within Commission Regulation (EEC) No 229/76 is hereby heading No ex 26.03 of the Common Customs Tariff ; increased from 2 050 to 2 250 metric tons by drawing whereas the German quota-share for these products on the Community reserve provided for in that Regu should therefore be increased by drawing on the lation .
